Policies:

• All equipment is tested to function properly prior to each use.

• No equipment will be left with power ON while unattended or unsupervised for any period of time.

• Simple setup and balancing demonstration for your technician is included.

• Camera/hot head operator and standby technician are not included.

• Rates do not include GST, PST, shipping or expenses.

• Units must be returned or shipped back to Steady Gyroheads on the following day after the last day of use.   

• Helicam days with equipment set up and ready to shoot for up to 10 hours will be billed at regular rate. Bad weather days with equipment packed away but available for setup will be billed $150.00Cdn/day.

• Any equipment damage resulting from customer misuse will be repaired at that customer’s expense.

• All accounts are payable to Steady Gyroheads prior to rental pickups or services provided. An annual rate of 24% will be charged on all overdue accounts on a monthly basis. Steady Gyroheads does not assume responsibility for any losses resulting from equipment malfunction or breakdown.

• All customers must present valid picture ID and contact information including phone number.
